Hi, I’m Melissa, your online yoga teacher and fitness coach.

Full Body Wellness was created with all of you in mind. It is a solution to a busy lifestyle, limited access to equipment or facilities, the security of working out in the privacy of your own space, wherever and whenever you please.

About Me

After graduating from Oakland University with a bachelors in Exercise Science I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry. After 13 years of teaching and training, I can say my passion is still just as strong as the day I started. As a 500 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), I am always on the lookout for fun, innovative, and effective workouts. I pair my love of yoga and exercise to bring thoughtful classes to as many individuals as possible. As a mom of two who also works, I understand how challenging it can be to fit these routines into a schedule that already feels overwhelming and full. The convenience of moving your body at home eliminates the stress of a commute, finding childcare, or even just the cost of a gym/studio membership. I offer classes of various types and lengths so everyone watching can find the perfect class to fit their needs. When I am not teaching or flowing on my own I love to be active and adventurous with my family and fur babies (who you will see in many of these videos!)
